Query volume by topic. What are people actually asking? This tells you where demand exists and where your assistant has room to expand.
Time-to-answer compared to baseline. If your target task used to take a team member 15 minutes and the assistant now handles it in under two minutes, that is the kind of number worth tracking and sharing with stakeholders.
