License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Danang Probo Sayekti for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Software Product:

Object of this agreement is the Danet Studio software suite (The Product), and this Danet Studio software suite are: Danet Launcher, Danet Creator, Danet Player, Danet Viewer (XPS Annotator), Danet Reader, Danet Puzzle, Danet Merger and Danet Library.

Terms of License Agreement:

• The free version can be freely used for any personal non-commercial purposes.
• The free version MUST NOT be used for, or in relation with, any commercial or business purpose, whether "for profit" or "not for profit". Any work performed or produced as a result of use of this Software cannot be performed or produced for the benefit of other parties for a fee, compensation or any other reimbursement or remuneration.
• The Product may not be multiplied, processed or disseminated in any way without the written permit of Danang Probo Sayekti. People violating any term of this License Agreement will be prosecuted in every case. This applies to free version as well.
• The use of The Product is done at the users's own risk. The developer have no responsibility for any damage, either direct or indirect consequence of the use of The Product. This applies to free version as well.
• All copyrights to Danet Studio are exclusively owned by the author - Danang Probo Sayekti.

Limitations:

• No Modifications. You may not modify, adapt or translate The Product. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of The Product except to the extent you may be expressly permitted under applicable law to decompile only in order to achieve interoperability with The Product. This applies to free version as well.
• The Product is licensed as a single product. Its component parts cannot be separated for use on more than one computer.
• Users cannot rent, lease, or lend The Product to another parties. This applies to free version as well.
• Users cannot transfer The Product to other parties.

Distribution:

The free version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided The Product package is not modified in any way.

• No person or company may distribute separate parts of The Product package without written permission of the copyright owner.
• The free version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.
• Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.

Termination:

Danang Probo Sayekti may terminate this License Agreement if users fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. In such event, users have to destroy all copies of The Product and all its component parts. This applies to free version as well.
